The refund cannot be processed to third-party accounts. Refund will be processed in 2 business days after receiving the product and will be credited to your account in 3 business days.
When you return a fulfilled item, refunds are issued to your Paytm Wallet or Bank Account via NEFT or UPI. You will need to update the following information to process your refund.
Bank Details:
- Bank Account Number
- IFSC Code
- Account Holders Name
- Bank Name
- Branch
UPI: You need to provide a UPI address (eg. xyzname@upi )
