Cancellation Or Returns Or Exhange Policy

 Zaveri House of Fashion aims to dispatch all successfully placed orders within 2 working days.

However, there may be certain circumstances beyond our control that could lead to the cancellation of your order. Some of these situations may include unavailability or temporary unavailability of the product, quantity limitations, restrictions on order quantity or number, inaccuracies in product, pricing, or promotional information, problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department, inaccurate or insufficient address, or non-serviceable locations. In some cases, we may also require additional verifications or information before accepting your order. We will notify you promptly if any part or all of your order is cancelled, or if additional information is necessary to process your order. If your order is cancelled after payment, we will refund the charged amount as soon as possible.

If you need to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order, and if the order has not yet been processed by us, we will be happy to cancel it and refund the entire amount to you. However, if the order has already been processed and shipped out by us, we will not be able to cancel it.
